Raya Ioffe is a licensed nurse from New York thats been working in the nursing field for 10 years. Between those years she has experience in community nursing and mental health. In the last couple of years she has taken an interest in hair restoration by non surgical methods and skin care use of mesotherapy. Her mission is to get you Sexier and fuller hair. She believes in evidence-based research, and incorporates this into her practice. Her goal is to educate the client on preventive treatments for hair and skin care. Raya believes " beauty begins the moment you decide to be your self " and she applies this mindset to her practice. Her goal is to leave her clients feeling happy and satisfied with the treatments she does for them.
