Five Horizons Health Services - Starkville is a non-profit organization serving East Mississippi and dedicated to providing health services to populations in need of specialized care. Some of the services we offer include free HIV testing, STD testing, PrEP, HIV prevention education and HIV/AIDS case management. We are committed to providing a safe environment recognizing each person's individualism regardless of race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or age. Our core beliefs are that all people deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, are more than their medical diagnoses or socioeconomic status, and have a right to accessible and high-quality healthcare.
